I find Worthing Homes quite oppressive and think some of the executive staff are very poor with limited people skills if any with this lack of interst permeating down through the ranks. It seems to have got worse since the arrival of a chief exec from London and I cant help thinking London is very different in terms of the systems required and WH seems to be coldly mechanical and lacking in understanding of our community. Tenants are treated like animals in a zoo sometimes with appointments forced on them and third party reps like BSW who do work for WH often very demanding when it comes to giving them access to a propery insisting on access at a specific time suitable to them and be dammed about what suits the tenant ! Indeed its fair to say WH are a business first and nothing else matters to them. They action evictions with a kinky enthusiasm and one or two of the executive staff seem to relish the process. Another issue I consider worrying in terms of the way WH operate is their Orwellian passion for keeping all sorts of files on tenants as if tenants were patients or something ! They record all sorts of minutia and ultimately only use it to bolster their position in the event of a fall out with a tenant later down the line. As if keeping 'secret' files weren't frightening enough they also share information about tenants with their various companies they use for different work often warning them of tenants who they percieve as difficult so that workers arrive at peoples homes with pre concieved ideas of the tenants based on the red flags theyve had forwarded to them. Worthing Homes is a shockingly poor set up with one or two appalling staff members who should never be allowed to speak to tenants as they do and extraordinarily two of the rudest frankly disgusting people you can be exposed to at WH are in the customer experience dept !! Funny unless you are a tenant

I suffer and stress out because everyday I can never find a suitable space to park cause the parking on both sides of the road, and ... Read Full Review
