I have been renting privately via knights Properties for just over a year and have had similar issues to what you have said. She is very abrupt and rude at times and then sometimes can be very helpful. Her attitude and professionalism changes from time to time and you never know what mood she is in. I had a voicemail message from her back a few months ago and have retained this also as I was shocked by her tone and then when returning her call, she was even worst. I try and deal with Nicola, but found out recently that she had left (like most of the staff they have had working there). I am happy with my flat and landlord is great but Sarah can be obnoxious and very unprofessional at times. Accoriding to Companies House website, they opened in 2012 so dont understand her responce to you of 12 years being in business. Also shows documents that they were almost "struck off the register and and the company will be dissolved" in March of this year. Does make you think
