There is no option to choose zero stars. That's what I would award. KFH lettings in Raynes Park are the most incompetent, inept, uncommunicative and just plain bad estate agents that I have ever had the misfortune to cross paths with. I would strongly advise anyone considering letting with them to re-consider immediately, unless you want a tenancy blighted with issues and staff with absolutely no desire to rectify them. Where do I start? They messed up my check-in, the flat was not professionally cleaned (in fact it was filthy) and not left un-furnished as requested, costing me 2 days of additional leave from work, 2 days of additional storage costs plus the headache of taking all my furniture back to storage, where I had unpacked it from. Staff showed little remorse or haste to rectify this issue, and I found myself homeless, and having to chase them for an update as they simply don't communicate even with major errors of their own doing like this. I then had to appeal to get any additional recompense for this ridiculous farce of a situation, as they wanted to just offer me 2 days rent off, which didn't even cover my leave, temporary accommodation and storage costs, and wasn't awarded any monies until it went to an their complaints department on appeal. That's the character of the company, take your money, don't offer any money in good faith when you have made an error and then provide a shockingly poor service to boot. Payment took about a month to clear. Upon moving in I had no basic information e.g. how to operate the electronic hob which I subsequently found out was broken, where and how to take meter reads, how to apply for residents parking permits. Nothing. I received zero assistance, and again I had to chase to get this info. My washing machine broke through no fault of my own due to circuit failure, and despite me repeatedly chasing this I was left without this basic human necessity for 1 month!! Having to organise my own time around visiting friends to do laundry and the launderette, this not only cost me money but many hours in my own time just because they couldn't be bothered to investigate and get this repaired or replaced in a timely fashion. Appalling. Again, no goodwill gesture for this massive inconvenience, it was all blamed on the landlord, in the end they gave me £40!! Wow. There were a myriad of other issues during my 7 months stay (which I cut short due to their ongoing ineptitude and complete lack of customer care), including; losing the only set of keys they owned for my property and asking for me to bring in my set so they could take a copy so they could let people in for viewings! They didn't change my locks, even though the flat address was on the keyring. They also asked me for my bank details to be re-sent as they had lost these! You couldn't make it up. Towards the end of my tenancy I had almost constant viewings from both their rude and inept sales and lettings teams. Everyday I would have 6 or 7 different agents emailing or ringing me to arrange viewings. I asked for these requests to be channeled through 1 person and I specified exactly what times they could do these viewings, so I didn't have to be out of a flat I was paying £1,100 pcm for the privilege of constant interruption. This was ignored as viewings were booked in at times I had not stated and multiple agents continued to hassle me right until the end. After I had vacated the flat I had hoped that would be the end of my frustration, I was wrong. My deposit took 1 month to be returned to me. In the end I got my full deposit and was told that the landlord was not responding but again this wasn't a priority for the agents as it made them no money and I was no longer a customer - not that that matters to this firm! Please avoid KFH at all costs. They are not fit to be estate agents, and their staff do not care about their tenants. Horrific. Will never use them again and will be advising as many people as I can to do exactly the same.
Undeserved. They did less than nothing for me from start to finish.

As an individual who is highly experienced in the property market, it's hard to hand over the sale of your propery to any agent. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
