I rented a property from Robert Parish for the last 6 years. During this time i could not have been given a better service. There staff were always friendly and helpful and always resolved any issues i had or done there upmost best to ensure works were carried out and completed. I had no issues at all and my deposit was returned within a week of me vacating. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. I would definitely rent another property from them and would also recommend them to any of my Friends or Family who are considering renting.

This agency does not know that 'annual' means 12 months. They tried to tell me that they could put the rent up after 6 months because that was the 'anniversary' of the contract, not actually knowing that an anniversary is annual - 12 months not 6. Then they cancelled my ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
