I would strongly advice people not to use Darren Briggs' services at all costs. I am a landlord and he still owes me hundreds of pounds. Absolutely disgraceful. I'm a single parent with a baby and homeless. They took my deposit and first months rent a total of £2000 and the company closed and I have never seen the money or received the keys for the hose since. I am another landlord currently owed money by Darren Briggs. Furthermore, the claim by the ex-employee, that this man does not run the appropriate checks on potential tenants, rings true and my own experience would support this claim.
