They are cheaters. They didnt do any back ground verification but they collect money for it. They promised few things to be arranged at the time of hand over. But they backed out They never bothered to attend complaints . Never bothered about customer service. Even if the house is good, dont go via these people. You will never live in peace. They are not transparent in money dealings. Cheaters!!

Very poor. Helpful to begin with when I was looking for the property but they made promises they couldn't deliver in order to get a signature. My personal experience (as a landlord) with this Agent says avoid at all costs. Very poor on feedback. Twice it took them over 5 weeks to reply to a simple email. Even then replies only came when I phoned and took the matter further. I'm sure there are better Agents in the Reading area to use.... Read Full Review

The worst lettings agent I've ever dealt with. Our boiler was leaking. I called them and reported it. They said they would arrange for a repair. Nobody called, so three days later I called again.
