Horrible, horrible and horrible. Everything was a problem, every question, every required repair. Left for weeks and weeks with broken boiler during winter to be told its not urgent and I'm demanding too much. Will not recommend to anyone!!!

19 Feb 2015We can not recall any of our properties ever waiting this period of time for any maintenance issues. We only use our panel of excellent contractors. We manage over 100 properties and 95% of our landlords and tenants recommend us. If you have received a service like the one you have described then please don't hesitate to contact us we do all we can to ensure tenants needs are met.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
