This is a very honest review about this agent and agency. I have rented a property from this agent for 6 months and with all honesty the only things that I got out of dealing with them was headache, continuous lies and terrible management of the property. Firstly I had the cooker broken the day I have entered the property and it stayed like that till the last day I have left. Secondly, I haven't been refunded my deposit even after 6 months the end of the contract and leaving the property. Thirdly, the agency claims to abide by DTS schemes and rules, however they do not provide any of there clients with the paperwork or website links in order to claim the deposit. My experience with the person called Ehsan was terrible (sitting at the first desk also calls himself Adam), the only thing that this person thinks of is how to rip off people and become richer rather than providing and services to his clients. I really hope that the authorities such as Manchester city council start to investigate badly reviewed agencies such as this particular to prevent them from taking advantage of tenants especially those in the private housing sector.
