We had called up about viewing a property but were unable to because the tenant was still there, which is of course understandable, but they took my details with the promise that they would get in touch with us AS SOON AS the tenants had moved out. After a week or so of the first phone call from us to Knowles, we had heard nothing, so we called back up just to check on an estimated date we would be able to view. Unfortunately, they hadn't got back in touch with us at all, had let other people view it and the property had been let to someone else. In this time we had purposefully not looked at anywhere else because we were holding out for this property. We were gutted. We have since been avoiding any properties that are let through Knowles.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
