This so called fraudulent Churchill residential company is a hoax and fake! The owner apparently has called himself a Martin, and then claims to be Aubrey, & now Steven. I paid £2,900 For a property that was not given to me, and still even after he returned the police officers voicemail message, he refuses to pay me, because he stated to the officer that he is not the owner, and feels threatened by me! Honestly, I'm a woman with 2 young boys, and have been robbed in this cruel way? all his details, including a photo of what he looks like, will be posted everywhere on the Internet, Facebook and other blogs, and I urge everyone to take action, against this crook! I hear that he is now operating with a different company name called 'corporate relocation' & it's not far from the old and so called Churchill residential office, in nw7 mill hill area. If there's anyone who wants more information or his picture, get in touch with me. I will be taking this matter into my own hands, and believe me revenge will be sweet! The number I have for him is currently: 07908041599 & the virtual office number is 0203 6933951. he responds via text does not speak to you at all! The police are useless, if there's anyone else affected by this call me on 07860384199 and we'll get this sorted via a solicitor. Keep evidence of all communication and documents, for court purposes.

I have just won a judgement against Churchill Residential in Barnet County Court. They signed a contract with me which they then reneged on, I lost money as I had agreed to sole agency with them.
