As someone new to short term tenancy, I was quickly put at ease by the staff at Castle Estates Battle, who provided all the information I required, and once an identified property became fully available, implemented the required action to secure this - all without undue stress to myself. Throughout the term of my tenancy, the staff have dealt very efficiently with anything resulting from the regular property condition inspections, and also the several extensions that I have requested to the term of the original tenancy. At all times they have acted in a professional but very affable and helpful manner, and this was maintained even when the tenancy ended (on my obtaining of the landlords interest in the property).
I would therefore, as a tenant, recommend the services of Peter and all the staff at Castle Estates Battle without hesitation.

We are obviously very disappointed with this review, and we do consider it extremely misleading and inaccurate. What Adam fails to mention is that the £25.00 administration charge has nothing whatsoever to do with his deposit, but was applied because of additional work involved in having to return to the tenant a further rent payment that was made because he failed to cancel his Standing Order !
