They know the market so well and their advice and guidance is the best around. We sold our first property within a weekend and our second property to the first viewer. Moving home is stressful but they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Nick on 19th May 20191 Star Review This estate agent is not all it seems. When you look at the website it appears you are dealing with one large agency with four different branches. This is not the case. It is a franchise with four different legal owners. The reason we have highlighted this is the owner of Peter David Properties Ltd is not willing to accept responsibility for the actions of any of the branches which he does not own (Brighouse, Huddersfield, Hebden Bridge). We were badly misled by the owners of the Hebden Bridge Branch (they failed to declare that they were related to the vendor of a property we were buying), and this is a breach of the Estate Agents act 1979. * didn't want to know about our complaint and accepts no responsibility for the people acting in the name of his brand.

After using an online agent to save money, we soon realised that you get what you pay for!!! We soon realised our mistake and decided to use Peter David after a family recommendation. We were not dissappointed. (I advise you to avoid online agents, they are useless in comparison). The ladies in the office work tirelessly to progress the sale and keep the solicitors moving. Faye and Chloe always reply promptly to emails, phone calls etc and always in a friendly/professional manner. I would highly recommend their service. It was smooth from day one of the valuation, the the open house right through to the end. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it's such a personal service. After dealing with other estate agents in the past, I never thought I'd be giving a 5 star rating. Well done Perer David's. ðŸ‘ÂðŸ»

Very friendly and extremely efficient staff. Responses to e-mails were immediate and we were always contacted by telephone to follow up the e-mail.
Peter David soon sold our house and were an enormous help in trying to find us a suitable property to buy.
Peter David recommended Kate Burns mortgage services who we used and Kate was very friendly and professional and we would recommend Kate.

Rick and Fay Cowling of the Huddersfield branch managed the extensive refurbishment of the house to the point where new tenants are now happily in place. We cannot speak too highly of the Cowlings' work which was, and continues to be, competent, professional and friendly, with excellent communication skills. As we continue in retirement with motorhome travels in mainland Europe, we know that our house is now safe in their hands!

Exactly what you want and expect from a managing letting agent.
I never had any issues with them, and any minor issues with the property were fixed quickly. Sherrie was amazing after the property was flooded, getting everything sorted. It did take a long time for repairs to start, but I know everyone was very busy after the flood.
I would happily recommend them and would rent through them again if I was still in the area.

Both the sale of our old property and purchase of the new one were made through Peter David and we cannot praise the service we received highly enough.
Fay and Sally did a fantastic job with our sales brochure and were incredibly proactive and enthusiastic about getting us moving. Chloe was brilliant at arranging our viewings. She was mindful of our young family and grouped together viewings as much as possible to limit the disruption. She also organised some quotes for work that had been highlighted in the survey of our new property on the very same day that we received the report. By the time we came home that evening we'd been emailed all the quotes and info we needed.
We felt that the whole process was managed meticulously by Fay who was in touch with us, the solicitors and other parties within the chain constantly. She made it run so smoothly that we were unpacking in our new home less than than 12 weeks from the day we called the office and asked if we could make an appointment to have our house valued!
Just a simply fantastic service all round. Thank you so much to all the team at Peter David for making it such a stress free and, moving day aside, enjoyable experience.

Absolute joke of a service,
After two months the tenant had stopped payment.

This person owes me over �1000 and this agent could not care less. she wanted to get him into another property near.

I have had lots , of dealings with Chelsea Wood with regards to my property that i rent though the Halifax Branch, and i must say she is fantastic, she always offers first class customer service and is really helpful and friendly.
Peter David is the best letting agency i have ever used and my landlord is really fantastic, i can't fault anyone.
i'll be renting my property for as long as possible, they are fast on repairs, i love my house never been happier :). and i cant thank everyone at Peter David enough.

To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, a complaints procedure has been introduced. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally and in the event that we are not able to deal with the issue to our mutual satisfaction, by reference to The Property Ombudsman. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Sales / Lettings Manager at the address as below: SALES Miss. Fay.
