The worst letting agent I've come across. Properties not managed at all, but I guess are happy to take money from the landlords to do so. An awful, awful agency. The worst stereotype of money grabbing lettings agents trying to get any quick fee from their tenants. Terrible service from start to finish of the tenancy.
