Beware Landlords. I think they have got to big to care for landlords, I even had 1 tenant damage my property, then they gave the deposit back and rehomed them in one of their other properties, good luck to that landlord now...communication gets missed, no one responds, they don't care as long ... I used them to rent my flat, no rent for 6 months, when they finally got around to issuing court papers I turned up at court and the papers were filled out incorrectly with them.
