The Lettings Hub (lettingshub.co.uk) is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. They constantly asked documents I’d already uploaded, never explained what was wrong, and forced mandatory data sharing through open banking (your entire financial transactions handed, GOD knows the purpose of it. ... Most of the ‘good’ review are from landlords and agents. Most of the ‘bad’ reviews are from customers, the prospective tenants who are the only party spending money in this relationship and who are treated as the fodder that owe all the other parties in the relationship a living and are made to ...
