I was Leamans tenant for 6 years. Never once did I miss a rent payment even during the corona crisis. All of a sudden, they gave me a 2 month notice just because the landlord wanted to move in. I was a tenant for 2-bed flat in Exeter for which Leamans were the agents. They were absolutely A1, all of the staff without exception. We have just a property from Leamans and have been given a bill �200 because a smell in the house. There was damp in the front room and the bathroom. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
