I wouldn\'t feel safe even after an offer has been accepted and to say myself the worry and the money I will not use this agent again.

They charge tenants even though their client is the home owner. They even charge for contracts "renewal fees" when you don't sign them and let it roll-over to a Statutory Periodic Tenancy. We ignored their letters altogether but they've now taken it out of our damage deposit without telling us. ... Read Full Review

Lampons are the worst Letting Agency I have ever dealt with. They never communicate, they take no ownership whatsoever of a tenancy, never return calls, expect you to manage the property yourself if things go wrong). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
