Abysmal customer service. They have failed to respond to any letters we have ever sent them and that's during the last five years. Comments on Agent Fees
As mentioned above a contract renewal charge was introduced on our 2nd year in this particular property but no warning was sent that the charge was being introduced it was requested at the time our contract was due to be renewed without any explanation. After writing to them ensuring I sent via recorded post they ignored my letter. In the 7 years we have rented via homefront they have never acknowledged any of our letters or responded.

In our experience, Poor communicators from start to finish- we are happy to not have to deal with them anymore. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
