Very disappointed with this company, would NOT recommend. Their Financial Services are disgusting, they ask for £399 on the second meeting for doing very little. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following: Making a complaint If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to the Branch Manager at the office where your problem originated. Managers’ names and contact details may be found on our website. If you are dissatisfied with the initial outcome, you can appeal to the Company Directors. After a thorough investigation we aim to respond formally in writing within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied If you are still not satisfied, Holroyds offers independent mediation between you and the company via The Property Ombudsman for Lettings or Sales.
