The worst letting agency I have ever come across in london. Highly unprofessional in their lack of communication after we had moved out of the property. Highly unprofessional and unfair letting agency for the tenants. Terrible! We had an on going noise problem with pipes above our bedroom that meant we didnt sleep properly for 7 months. Terrible is not a strong enough term for this agency. They are criminally negligent. I have had a mould issue in my flat for more than 6 months, they refuse to do anything about it. Did not send the correct key when checking in with the inventory clerk. Did not send the inventory check in report when asked. Mail box key was posted so had no way of retrieving the mailbox key!
