Appalling letting agency. As others have said, disgusting treatment of tenants. The house was full of damp and mold and needed many repairs, which weren't carried out until I ended the tenancy. Do not work with this agency - If I could leave a minus five star rating I would. The flat we rented through them was infested with flies, this was never dealt with. I have let my house through Ashton Roberts for 3 years now. Chris has always kept me up to date regarding any issues, minor or otherwise.
