About Melinda
Melinda hails from Sydney, Australia, where she developed a career in commercial conferencing, at the same time as building a portfolio of property with her parents.
She moved to England in 1995, and to Exeter in 1997; originally as the founder of her own conference business. In 2005, she co-founded Underhill R
eal Estate Agents; in 2008 she took over the management of the Dawlish Office, and by 2012 became MD of the entire company.
Melinda lives in St Thomas with her husband and two children.
