They managed the house letting and we never had any issues with the actual tenants (although Northwood were our tenants and the people in it were sub-let by Northwood). They passed on their periodic inspection reports and the request from the tenants who wanted to change the colour of some rooms, ... Read Full Review
Comments on Agent Fees
The Northwood process meant that, having signed a letting contract with them for 2 years, we received a monthly income (annual rent less normal fees and an assumed empty period a year divide by 12) regardless of whether the house was occupied or not. Northwood were our tenants and they sub-let it. This gave us a feeling of financial stability.

They arranged everything for us to rent our house out. They obtained an insurance quote which I took out via them, they provided contacts for cleaning the property prior to letting.
