The maintenance issues you have experienced recently which were reported upon your return from Christmas break were actioned quickly by myself and maintenance team yet suffered delays with the contractor awaiting delivery and arrival of stock parts which is something out of Reed's control which you were updated both via email and Whatsapp. ...
