If you are not members of a redress scheme or have the required information commissioners licences then Northwoods Guaranteed Rent or Fully Managed packages may be more appropriate to prevent a £5,000 fine resulting from failure to follow to increasing number of regulations being placed on the PRS. Tenant Management Service
