The original fees were very high but upon reflection on their competitors in the local area. It was agreed they would match them as they were higher than every other agent locally.

Could have been less and have since been informed a friend of a friend has negotiated a package costing ‚£600 less than mine so obviously not at all pleased with costs! However, I realise now that I could/should have also negotiated.
