I had other buyers lined up with alternative agents, we all knew that your buyer was unsuitable due to the level of survey required on a 2 bed maisonette which was leasehold. View all comments (1) Very Surprised to see this. This property was sold very quickly due to efficient and correct marketing. The buyers were cash buyers and with no mortgage to follow it was a fairly simple transaction (unlike many!). There was a little confusion over permission in allowing the buyers to look at the boiler.
