absolute jokes this company! we began renting our house in feb last year (2013) after agreeing to pick the keys up from the Allerton rd branch (way out of are way by the way) on the Friday we get a phone call when we where on the 2nd bus on our way there to say they haven't got the keys now so it will be Monday ! I don't think so !! we where handing our keys to the old house in on the sat so after having murder on the phone they agreed to have the keys for Saturday. Then over the course of moving in we found sockets not working locks not opening or closing no keys for the windows, boiler didn't work properly and when the repair man did come out he didn't know how to fix our make of boiler so he gave it a smack and told us to do the same if it happens again (we do it often now) ,rubbish in the back garden from the previous tenant and 17 months later the rubbish is now stacked in a pile still waiting to be removed after booking it in over the phone with the repair team Many times. After really bad winds 3 large fence panels blew down opening the back garden in to the front and also the front picket fence came down and was in the street , the amount of neighbors knocking to see if would be getting this fixed as it looked unsightly was embarrassing and yes we had called them to report this more than once ! Then there is the rent in the past year we have received numerous letters and phone calls saying they hadn't received our rent they issue us with late charges and admin fee's yet when we produce our statements showing our rent was paid on time they offer no apologies or offer to repay the charges they have the homeowner himself text our mobiles to see what the problem is with the rent and to be fair he is great with us we tell him it has been paid and show him the statement then he says ok it will right its self soon, but its not ok it goes against our credit score !

What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had done their job properly and called people back when they said they would. Also they need to sort their bad attitudes out.
