I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how very pleased I was with the service I have received from you.
I have been dealing with 3 different estate agents in Ealing,the manager in one of them tried to force me to sale my flat lower than the guide price and they tried to show me through their clients that my flat worse much less by putting offers £100000 below the asking price or the guide price(£500000-550000) and they advised me to reduce it! so i had to reduce it by £25000 for few weeks but i didn't receive any good offer and they advised me to reduce it again by £25000!! ! i did but i wasn't happy because the guide price was higher! and after few weeks I had 1 offer from them and another offer higher from the second estate agent but still for me unfair because I believed that my flat's value was more than what they offer,so i decided to draw it from the market,they request me to pay £2450 because they advertise it for around 1 year.
I contact KFH at Ealing office and i was lucky that Jason Scott answer my call and he ask me to meet on the next day in the flat,I told him about my bad experience and I inform him that very difficult for me to trust an estate agent,then he advice me what to do and how we have to put the flat again on the market then It was very logical what he advised me and he told me during Christmas and new year they have an offer 0% commission then he start with his team advertise the flat from the second week I had 2 offers and it was my target to get the asking price and after 4 weeks his colleague Martin Sharp inform me that the asking price been agreed so the sales was in the good hands in very professional way .
So all what I can say that KFH in Ealing Broadway are an excellent estate agent and from my experience i believe that if all your sales managers in all your branches communicate with their clients in the same way like Jason and his team, you'll be the No:1 estate agent in England !
Jason has been brilliant throughout our recent Sale he provide me with His passion ,enthusiasm and logical advice.
So we have been extremely impressed with Jason and his team (Martin ,Aysha,Zein and everyone @ Ealing office)
I'm sure we'll use only KFH again in the future.
