Have never been so disgusted in my life with customer services and we are taking legal action against Martin and Co.
I moved into a property, within 2 months the property showed severe signs of damp which made both of us I'll.
Their contractor came over to claim it was not damp, so we had to get a professional in to confirm it was. After weeks of pestering I got the manager round to look at the state of the property. She tried anything to find a way we caused the damp, after no luck she spoke to the landlord who provided one small de-humidifier which we had to pay to run ourselves.
The property then had constant problems which took weeks to fix. One example was the boiler breaking in middle of winter, I called to have it fixed and it needed a part. The part was ordered but after two weeks without heating we called Martin and co to ask the problem they said they put the part on hold as they did not hear us complain anymore.
Overall I wouldn't never recommend anyone to deal with their Chatham branch.
