I would use the agent again

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Exceptionally professional. They always appeared five minutes before clients in order to make sure the place was open (no standing on the doorstep for her clients). Alone amongst the many agents I asked they came up with a price without asking me what I thought it was worth, and despite it being a top-end price, achieved it rapidly.
Between offer and exchange they were highly proactive, moving the solicitors and the purchaser (who was a bit of a ditherer) along.
