I recently completed my tenancy with Savills in hammersmith and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them at all based on my overall experience.

As part of the agreement, i has got the deep cleaning done and then I was asked to get small bits cleaned again and I got the it done the same and sent proof for the two specific areas that were needing rework.
I asked my agent to check and confirm if they are happy with the same as she had stated new tenant is starting from tomorrow.

Emails acknowledged stating thankyou for getting the clean done and then after 3 days and she sends me an email that the new tenant is still not satisfied! My question is how can I proof be considered tangible if the new tenant has already lived their for two days and why was the response not covering open issues when confirmed by themselves second time.
They are charging me 300 pounds again for a small section of cabinet which who knows might have come after new tenant joined in

It doesnt end there.
They send me a list of deductibles as part of wear and tear and I have given agreement on 80% of genuine cases and then I see lock change listed for 250 pounds and when questioned on it, they till me owner doesnt feel safe as I had lost one key during my tenure(for which I am already paying the replacement charge).
Funny thing is how all of a sudden it becomes a security issue when I had informed them a year back that i have lost one key and I am happy to pay and get it remade but no response to those email for which I have proof and now all of a sudden just because it is owner's personal choice to get lock changed-> that is being put on me too.
When I asked the agent to be fair for both sides- the answer I got on email is that Savills is just liaising between both sides by just acting as mere navigators but just inflicting pain and stress for tenants and clearly giving all their communications prioritising the owners.

The lack of transparency and cooperation during this process has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. It's disheartening to feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously, especially when it comes to financial matters like the return of a security deposit.
I am taking this to TDS if my two pain areas are not addressed by this week and will update my comment again once I have won this battle.
P.s before you give robotic response here> I have already looped in your social media Email ID in my email chain that has all the detailed history around my last conversation with agent since a month
