If I could give zero stars then I would. the entire process of trying to retrieve my deposit back (three months now) has been extremely painful. I have been fed constant lies and they do not follow the correct procedures. After being in contact directly with the landlord of my property early on, I was able to unravel the lies told by this company. They will play their tenants off against the landlords. Will not ring you back when you ask and staff are rude. avoid at all costs

Comment on agent fees
I first let the properly 4 years ago but remember that the fees were nearly double that of competitors. Fee to renew the property also seemed high considering we sent back our signed agreements and never got copies back that were signed by the landlord.
