The level of incompetency is astounding (a special shout out to Cherie Vowles, Property Manager in Bristol whose inability to do the most basic of tasks made me speechless on several occasions).

We rented from them for 1 year and I can honestly say it was one of the most stressful things I have had to deal with. Fridge, oven, flush all broke within the first month despite being 'new' and it took MONTHS to get it fixed.

Then came the mould - which apparently was our fault because we were hanging washing inside (we actually had a built in drier and never hung washing out, so this statement was laughable). They refused to believe that the mould maybe, just maybe, had something to do with the fact that our windows were painted shut and despite MULTIPLE requests to get them open, they failed to do anything about it. We actually ended up getting environmental health involved who agreed the property was not safe.

At the end of our year contract, and looking considerably older and grayer, we finally moved out - the joy! But then came the matter of getting our deposit back. It took 2 months of constant ringing & emailing, talking to multiple people, raising a deposit dispute, before we got our money back. The best thing was that the landlord had actually confirmed for the money to be released but the agency just sat on the email and were still blaming the landlord for it taking so long. (Word of warning to landlords - they try and make you look like a really bad landlord to cover their own backs). I genuinely believe that if we hadn't of chased and persisted to much, they just wouldn't have given it back.

Please please please avoid - we had heard bad things before about them but thought 'eh, can't be THAT bad' - but trust me, it really is. They are unable to read or respond to emails or calls, talk or share information - they can't do the basics of their jobs and are extremely rude whilst doing it.
