I can only agree wholeheartedly with others comments.
You prepare to ring with a problem, you have the paperwork available to hand, and you ring and are put through to a charming lady who promises to look at the problem and will ¢â‚¬Å“ring you back¢â‚¬Â¦¢â‚¬Â
You wait, pacing the floor, is this a good week to give up smoking..?
Finally, unable to wait any more you ring back. Again, it seems all is under control, but there is a problem, ¢â‚¬Å“accounts are busy/we can't find the letter/ the person dealing with it has the day off¢â‚¬Â¦etc,etc¢â‚¬Â
You know its coming, the blood pressure is rising accompanied by the adrenalin, and then ¢â‚¬Å“can----I --------ring-------you ------back¢â‚¬â€?
It's too much, you ran screaming into the night, neighbours lock their doors while this manic demon runs screaming through the night.
Finally you return exhausted, and have a fitful nights sleep.
But tomorrow is a new day, you try again, maybe there will be a breakthrough.?
But unfortunately there is still a problem, but ¢â‚¬Å“Can I ring you back..?¢â‚¬Â
So it goes on and finally, exhausted, broken, a shell of your former self you succumb and your gravestone reads ¢â‚¬Å“They told me they'd call me back..¢â‚¬Â
I don't know what the answer is, what can anyone do, there is no answer to ¢â‚¬Å“can I ring you back¢â‚¬Â. You can only hope that Divine Providence will get you away to a different agent and you can get your life back.

Comment on agent fees
The only part I have been dissatisfied with are the fees which I believe to be extortionate. I have never paid such high fees and even had them reduced slightly after complaining. They are by far the highest fees I have ever paid or heard of.

They had no idea that the tenant wished to move out after six months and they insisted the tenant had signed a years contract. The house was in a shocking state when we visited with mountain of garbage in front and back garden.
the whole kitchen floor had gone damp with water from a leaky washing machine and sink.
taking them to court!
