Terrible service. It's been nearly 3 months since moving out and they are STILL charging rent and still have not returned my deposit. I ended tennancy on 12th September they continued my tennancy even tho I did not renew it until the 12th October but STILL MOVED NEW TENNENTS IN on the 12th September. I have called them pretty much everyday and get the same pre scripted speech and yet nothing seems to be happening.
