I viewed the apartment, it was very dirty from the previous tenants, they said they will clean and change the carpets and furniture and that i will get the apartment after 2 weeks- after 2 weeks I go to take the keys they tell me they didnt even start with the cleaning process!!! I had nowhere to stay i moved to 4 different hotels due to the full bookings and all they say is 'Im sure the city center has places to stay'. when i asked when will i get it the reply was ' i cant give you a precise date' and they kept making excuses about missing paper work which was all handed in- and when a paper is missing they do not contact me directly, no they tell my friend who is renting ANOTHER apartment with them!? communication level is below zero.
AFTER FINALLY getting they keys, i find out that 1) carpets are stained everywhere!! 2)shower is broken 3) door knobs broken 4) BALCONY DOOR broken!!! 5) curtains are stained 6) toilet seat broken and the apartment smells horrible. they had almost 3 weeks but did nothing! When i emailed the list she said she'll happily forward it to the landlord and offc nothing happened. Then they said we should call maintenance which is another never ending story. On top of that the lady dealing with the property is extremely rude and does not deal with the issues properly. I told them me and my sister will be living in the apartment but only one of us is paying, they said there is no need to put her in the contract, after giving me a key i asked for another key for my sister they said that i have to pay to make a new contract. All they want is money and once you move in then they basically screw you over.
What agent could do to change your mind?
the best thing they can do is to close the office.

Extremely insensitive to your needs and do not care about their tenants at all. Not understanding or considerate. All they care about is money. Disgusting property agency. Never ever get involved with them. Especially Kelly Ashurst- absolutely unhelpful and blunt....
