Had a viewing with this agent for 1pm, we had already advised them we lived up North, and they advised we HAD to view it in real, couldn't do it over FaceTime or Skype.
We drove all the way down, 10 minutes away from the property for them to call us telling us that the property is now gone, then didn't understand why we was a little mad considering we just drove 4 hours down to view it.
Joke of a agent, wouldn't deal with them again.
