My daughter and her friend rented a flat in Torry. It was advertised as two bedroom but the box room was big enough for a small single bed only. Completely agree! As a tennant renting with Martin and Co in Rochdale we face problem after problem after problem. The member of staff in question who has absolutely no customer service skills is called ******, and is well known throughout the Rochdale estate agents sector for her unbelievable way of speaking to and dealing with people.
