What agent could do to change your mind?
This company are all about the money. They will look for any reason to withhold deposits, bill tenants for room cleaning etc.

Given that you appear to want to be so "honest" Julie leys get a couple of things straight. I was two hundred pounds in rent arrears which if we're entirely honest with each other I could have been perfectly within my rights to withhold given that the property had no working radiator in the living area for the entire winter meaning I was unable to work from home. You market the property as a high end penthouse in which case you need to maintain it like one. The tenant you you were pedantically a ...

On all of our rental properties, a professional inventory is carried out at the commencement of the tenancy and also on vacating the property. The recommendation from the Inventory clerk was to deduct £100 from the deposit that can be disputed which was not done due to the evidence on file from the photos. ...
