Hello,
In response to your review. You were text the wrong address and for this we apologise- the numbers were the wrong way around in the address, this was rectified for you when you called the office, the property was around 20 doors away from where you were. You can appreciate we did not send you to the wrong address on purpose therefore we were not aware of the mistake until you called and this is the reason we did not call you before hand.
