What agent could do to change your mind?
I don't think there's anything they can do at this point. Any company that behaves this way has no scruples or decency. Why on earth would I want to do business with a company like that?

agent did not turn up for viewing of a property. when i called their office they put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then disconnected. when i called back, they said that they would send someone after half an hour....

The valuer was excellent, but it was all down hill from there onwards. About 50% of viewers were 'no shows' and it transpired that the agents weren't confirming viewing bookings. Once we sold the house (for well below the valuation) Davis Tate totally lost interest. They ...
