We are proud to announce the results of the allAgents first annual Estate and Lettings Agents Awards.

AllAgents have funded these awards. This means that no agent has been charged an entry fee and allows every agent on our directory to be automatically entered, making this the UK's largest property industry awards scheme.

By keeping these awards FREE, this ensures that the winners have achieved award recognition based entirely on feedback from clients rating and sharing their customer service experiences.

By having customers reviewed over 1 full year, ensures that all agents are starting from a level playing field and provides a better way of evaluating an agents performance as opposed to taking a snapshot of a shorter time scale.

How the Awards are calculated

• the results are based on reviews posted during the period 1st September 2011 to 31st August 2012
• reviews have been grouped by capacities (customer type) - Landlord, tenant, property management/repairs, prospective customer
• the agent must meet a minimum review target of 5 reviews and achieve our 5 star band, which is an average rating of 4.5 or above

Please note - a reviewer MUST select a branch address when writing a review. This is essential for branches to get credited with the rating and still applies even where a firm has only one branch.

Whilst allAgents has taken reasonable care on firm and branch locations, where agents have not updated their profile with the most current information, then we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the award locations.

We congratulate all our award winners selected from all the agents on this directory, however we would like to emphasise that allAgents regard our 'Transparent Agent' category winners as our Grand Prix awards.

These are agents who have exposed themselves to extra scrutiny and been open and 'transparent' throughout the year, as opposed to non member agents that are able to hide critiques of the services from the consumer. Read more about our 'Transparent Agents'.
