Our short time with Waterfords has been one of the worst estate agents experiences of my rental life. Extorniant. Required £500 'good faith' deposit as well as usual fees. Something near £800 in admin fees plus potential renewal fees (if we were staying).

Excellent service to me as a purchaser. Transparent, easy to deal with. Nothing too much trouble - even helped find decorators and arranged to show them around on our behalf. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
