While renting our experience with the agent was relatively smooth. However, the process of signing the contract and of leaving was made difficult by the agents. When moving in we were told numerous points about the flat / the process which turned out to be untrue or were never done (examples in lower box). Not unreasonable in value, but it felt like we were being ripped off to be charged to sign, renew and leave the property with fees on top of the rent

I am shocked to see some of the reviews on here - I have just had a fantastic experience with the team in Southampton. I have just let my new flat and they were nothing but helpful and friendly. the whole experience was seamless and I was always welcomed with a smile. When I saw the house everything was perfect and easy, we agreed on all the terms and everything was settled. I paid the fees (£300!) but I was sure I was making the right choice. Just don\'t say one thing to get the tenancy agreed and then they change it when it\'s too late to back out...

i put a holding deposit down in the bognor branch. All was going well referancing went in ,asked if i could move in a week later due to surgery there was no problem as was honest about having had past rent arreas, i get a call 2 days before hospital that i was declined because of this, im not sure why they didnt say in first place waste of time and money. ...

I made an appointment to view a property, your move cancelled it the same day and then re-scheduled the next day at 12 midday..they never turned up so I phoned them and someone said that they would get someone to ring me about coming out..30 minutes later and still no phone call..I please avoid this letting agent..waste of my time.....

I had to move to a repossession order to extract a tenant who had not paid rent for 5 months, there was zero support from Your Move for this procedure and little activity to prevent the lack of payment growing apart from sending letters to me which would not be received in time as I was working abroad at the time. - Quarterly review were not performed - the tenant had multiple pets in the house, I had knowledge of one and yet the latest review I demanded stated there were none in the house. Provide the service they are being paid to do Train the staff to be professional, not just after the next commission Cap the number of properties under management to ensure there is a good service level provided for each customer

Absolutely disgusted with this agency. Rented a house with them but they did not mention the 'extra' charges which was not little but added up would be hundreds of pounds. Then argued that they have actually mentioned this when we signed the contract. Rubbish....

nothing. I am fed up with Your Move and I hope it goes bankrupt. Just beware that one day because of their way of business somebody just might bring them to court

I was looking to rent a 2 bed flat in southampton and then I saw "your-move" with a promising ADVERT on their website. (Beleive me the ADVERT was very deceiving and said that heating was included in the rent.
