I would personally use anyone else bar this firm, we used Paul and where very clear our offer was contingent in being in by Christmas (this was august) and he advised the seller had agreed, absolutely not the case and the sale nearly fell through because our solicitors tried for the sale... My advice would be to go with another company if you are letting your property , as the last 3 tenants they have provided have fallen well below expectation . They just do not get enough former landlords' or employers' references ( and do not tell you they have failed to get them !) .... Read Full Review

My friend was about to put an offer on a flat today. She rang and spoke to Paul Caisley. He was verbally abusive down the phone, told her that the vendor would laugh in her face about the offer. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should not charge for 'Permitted Occupier' fee in addition to the holding fee. The agent should not nominate or pass my details on to any energy supplier but should leave that to me to decide which supplier to use. They should take that out of the agreement form.
Comments on Agent Fees
I was charged a holding fee of £300 which was not refundable. They also charged me £90 for permission for my son to move in as a "Permitted Occupier". I feel this is an unfair fee and should be refunded to me.
