Moved into a flat in Leeds on 24 March which I was assured would be thoroughly cleaned and painted. Arrived to an absolute pigsty that had barely been touched. I have been a private tenant of Morley branch in Leeds. My experience was miserable and distressing. We have leaks, infestation of wood lice and mould growing in bedrooms and shower room by minute.
