I sold my house for £82,356. Guess what the fees were - £3,625.60 - 4.4% of the sale value. Your Move state they will handle everything for you as sole agent. They then give you a fee agreement to sign for their fees and that of their chosen solicitor. That solicitor then gives you another fee... Read Full Review

Service is derisory. Get legal review before entering into any contract agreement with this company. Agents don't manage or inspect tenanted property.
