I rented a property with them for four years when I moved in it wasn’t clean I didn’t have a working fire alarm so had to install a new one myself and my months rent in advance has disappeared cause they frauded it as they are saying it was for my first months rent joke. They left us with a hole in our roof for 9 months with my partner who has a heart condition and I was pregnant and then with a new born baby during the beast from the east in 2018. Faulty electrics to which the guy had to turn my shower off as there was no safety fuse stopping it electrocuting us. Rude and stuck up Oliver and Dominique Porter. Aby was the only one who was actually really nice and got stuff sorted fairly quickly and good with responses. If you’ve had an issue with them in the last 12 months and you’ve made a formal complaint with them and received the final viewpoint contact the property ombusman service they are registered with as they can’t keep getting away with fraud and being so rude just to keep filling their pockets. I have made a complaint with the property ombusman service and I’m sure if we all did it together then surely they have to do something about it all.

Oliver James. Your move. Well I became a customer of Your Move by accident after my last letting agent was at best found to be dishonest and had walked away from the business.
I live in Thailand and I was very dubious about renting my house again and had considered selling it. However after speaking to Oliver I felt reassured that he would provide the service and peace of mind I needed and had never received from my last agent.
A lady called Aby is in charge of looking after the lettings and I have found her to be helpful, polite and very professional. Living 6000 miles away I feel I can trust her to do what she say's she will do and to date she has never let me down. She is a credit to Oliver James and I recommend any Landlord who's looking for a letting agent to speak to Aby.
In short, I have had a very good experience using Oliver James Your Move to look after my house and many thanks to Aby for all her hard work and help.
