I have a buy to let property in Gillingham. I had various estate agents value the property but Your Move seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced of all that came out. Some agents had various offers in place where the management fees would be discounted should the property be on the market... Read Full Review

Cheryl the sales progressor.... didn't progress much of anything. After the original moving date of 30/5 I didn't eventually move until 5/7... at no point did Cheryl help matters as the people from sturdee were clearly unware of the moving process and she did nothing to move it along. What agent could do to change your mind?
I had no problems with the sales team in gillingham but the after sales service was quite bad. Very little contact, rarely responded to missed calls and not helpful in lots of circumstances.
